CT West Indian Parade

This year Connecticut West Indian Parade was short. The parade lasted ten minutes. It took a hour and a half to organize the start. I know we're in a recess but in the 70s and 80s it lasted for two hours. The polictian and public safety didn't participate wow.

apparently the parade had two starting points this year. The mayor of Hartford was there according to my source.
